Huvila Äyskosken rannalla Tervossa
The villa is located at one of Northern Europe’s finest rapids fishing spots, on the eastern bank of Äyskoski, on a flat lawn plot. The yard features shared facilities for three villas, including a barbecue hut (grill kota), a lean-to shelter (laavu), a campfire site, and a log table with benches.
A hot tub and a lakeside sauna are also available; their use and fees are to be agreed separately with the owner.
In front of the lakeside sauna, there is a fishing pier.
65 km northwest of Kuopio, Äyskoski rapids 30 m, between lakes Nilakka and Koskiselkä. Hard bottom, deepens gently, flowing water further out in bottom.
Wooden cottage, built in 2014, living room-kitchen, bedroom with two beds and toilet, another bedroom with 2 beds. Entrance hall where washing machine, dryer and electric drying cupboard.
Electric sauna, washroom with 2 showers, underfloor heating in all areas, mechanical ventilation.
TV home theater system in living room.
Additionally owner rents out hot tub and lakeside sauna, rent for hot tub or sauna is 150€/one time or 250€/week (client fills up the hot tub, heats it and empties it).
Storage next to front door e.g for fishing- and recreational equipment.
There are dishes for children.
The cottage is fairly well suitable for moving disabled.
