Keitele Wooden Path

Keitele Wooden Path is an outdoor route that circles through the town area, featuring digital content about wood, forests, wood‑industry jobs and the environment. Along the route there are instruction boards explaining how to access the digital content. At some checkpoints there are also mailboxes with paper tasks, for example for younger children.

The checkpoints are as follows:

4. Alasintie

5. Osmontie

6. Water tower

7. The forest area between the water tower and Sepa

8. Sepa

9. Kuusikuja / sports field

10. Church

11. Kota (Lappish hut)
