Lintharju Sports Centre, Suonenjoki

Lintharju Sports Centre offers diverse recreational opportunities for the whole family.
The swimming hall includes a five‑lane 25‑metre fitness pool with a diving platform, a multi‑purpose pool, a cold-water pool, a teaching pool, a small children’s pool, and of course a water slide. Additional comfort is provided by massage showers, a virtual water‑exercise screen, two water exercise bikes, and saunas.
The swimming hall is fully accessible, and LE changing rooms as well as group changing rooms are available.

Lintharju Sports Centre also has a gym that serves users with a wide range of equipment, and the sports hall — which can be divided into three sections — enables games at a national level.

The café services can be enjoyed during the Sports Centre’s opening hours.
